Tromis Privacy Statement
Tromis is a product of Independent Reach Software Inc. Because Tromis stores trading partner and order information for our customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information management practices to our customers. Our policies stipulate:

• no customer-specific information will be be distributed to, or shared with third parties
• we may track and publish non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information for marketing purposes
• cookies will be used only during online sessions, in order to enhance the experience of using Tromis
• customers are responsible for securing their own login and password
• customers are responsible for securing their own downloaded data snapshots
• customers choosing to stop using Tromis, and having no outstanding usage invoices, may have their data deleted from Independent Reach servers on request
