Reject-and-Pack When using barcode fill for a reject package, if item scanned is not rejected, operator can provide reject values to reject-and-pack in one step. In support of this feature, Order Package Add now allows creation of reject packages even if no articles on the order have been rejected.
Redo Tags "Redo Reason" select box added to intake touch and item detail page. Assigning redo reason will force item price to 0. "Is Reject" and "Is Redo" values added to Maintenance->Reject Reasons to control whether reason shows in picklist for reject reason and/or redo reason. System usage report reorganized with redo statistics added.
Price Lists Price Lists added to Maintenance menu. Article categories now belong to price lists. Maintenance->Customers now has default price list selection. Order detail finance tab now has price list selection, value will default from Customer. Price List report now has price list selection. Intake touch page will only show categories-groups-articles from current order price list. Article detail now has "Code" value for articles that may be equivalent to those from other systems like Xactimate. Non-blank item codes cannot be repeated on a price list. Article code shows on price list in non-grouped format.
Order Info Order inquiry suitable for most mobile devices added to Home page.

Package Labels If a printer name is specified, versions of Acrobat Reader > 6.0 will select the specified printer and open the print dialog. Print format can now be chosen, either Avery 5163 or Label Printer which prints one page per label.
Lot Tags From order articles page, new button [Lot Tags] goes to a page where lot tags with instructions and suggested storage locations can be produced. Printer can be specified. Formats are Letter, for a regular 8.5 x 11 page, or Receipt, which is tag per page.
Navigation Bar on Reports Navigation bar from Tromis now shows in report previews, should not print.

Order Rejects Page Now allows updating of reject information "in-place".
Overnight Job Each night at 11:15 Eastern, a job will run to mark orders done where all articles are packed, intake is complete, and more than one article exists. The job will also mark orders shipped meeting the same criteria and having all articles shipped. Last, the job will send an email summarizing what was done to the company email address.

Article Brands The article brand name is no longer a windows-style combo box on the article detail, but has reverted to a standard select box. The best technique to use the standard select box is to enter the first letter of the desired value, then use alt-down to open the select box, positioned at the right letter, then the arrow keys to select the entry you want, and TAB key to close the select and continue on to the next control. In support of this feature, we've added the [Add New Brand] button so you could add new brands as you need them, and restrict access from your worst spellers. If you go to Maintenance-Brands and click on a brand name with a funny spelling, you can replace all instances of it with the one that is spelled correctly by using the [Replace] button.
Order Rejects For performance reasons, the table portion of the page will no longer be edittable, rather, you will need to click on the tag number to set reject information for an article. The page now better serves the purpose of being able to review all rejection-related information quickly, even if the actual updating is a little slower.
Session Timeouts On Administration->Company, is a new entry box, "Session Timeout in Minutes", wherein you can specify how long the server waits on an idle session before ending it. This entry will have an impact on the Hours Online column of the System Usage report, in that if a user closes the browser or finishes working without clicking on Logout, the system will show them as being online for the time up to their last activity plus the session timeout setting. Bear in mind that too low of a session timeout setting can be annoying to users, because they will need to log in again each time they are timed out.
Intake Quantity On Administration->Company, is a new entry box, "Warn if Intake Qty >", which controls at what quantity the intake page will ask the user to confirm their input. This feature is provided as a poka-yoke to avoid ridiculously high quantities caused by input errors.
Price Changes Added a new select control - "Lock Article Prices" to Administration->Change Prices, wherein you can mark up all prices by a percentage. The new control addresses how you want the prices on open orders to be treated.
